We really hope you enjoy using our service. We really care about  getting it right and making it 'worry-free'.

You are protected by Distance Selling Regulations when buying online,  and our secure payment process mean your credit  card details are never seen by us.

How to cancel an order:
If you wish to cancel but the goods are already on their  way to you, or have been received by you, you may contact us in writing (this can be by email from our 'Contact Us' page) stating that you wish to cancel, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will provide a returns address for you to return the item to.

You will be required to take all reasonable care of the item and return it to us by recorded delivery within 7 days of your written cancellation, in the same condition you received it in please. The return of the goods will be at your own cost (you may re-use the packaging, to assist). If goods are not received back at the address provided by Masthead Art within that 7 day period we reserve the right  to pass reasonable charges to you for their recovery by ourselves.

A reimbursement to you for the original item cost and your delivery charge will be made within 21 days of your dated written notice of  cancellation, as long as the goods have been received back by ourselves in the same condition we despatched them in.

As our items are of vintage quality, please bear in mind that we will have described them and photographed them to give you as accurate an idea as we possibly can as to their condition. They will not be in 'as new/showroom' condition, but we never buy in damaged or poor-condition  pieces. Our item description will always be an honest appraisal.

VAT
V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) where applicable, at the UK rate of  20% is included in the cost of your goods on the rare occasions we may sell a ‘brand new’ item. In most cases items are second hand/vintage and so do not attract VAT. DealDrivers Ltd pay vat on sales using the marginal vat accounting scheme

Delivery
For Deliveries in the UK goods are usually shipped by First Class Standard or Recorded Post or via courier. Due to the unique nature of  our pieces, we'll be unable to supply a replacement should anything be lost en-route, so we use recorded delivery for any high value items or unless weight/buyer’s budget prevents.

We respect and safeguard the privacy of the users of MastheadArt.co.uk ("the website"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we will do this, how we will collect and use your information (such as  your name, address, your email address, mobile telephone number or other contact details) and how you can limit our use of this. Please read  this Privacy Policy carefully which should be read together with our website terms and conditions.

What information do we gather?
When you register with us we simply take the minimum information we need to ensure your ordered item can be delivered to you efficiently. We  take no financial or payment details, you do this privately and securely with our partnered bank process SSL secure server process

Information is gathered in two ways: (1) indirectly (for example,  through our website's technology); and (2) directly (for example, when  you provide information to register as a customer on  the website).

One example of information we collect indirectly  is through Internet access logs. When you access the website, your  numeric internet address can be automatically collected and stored in  our internet access logs.

We do not use cookies.

We also collect information when you voluntarily submit it to us. On our website, we provide you with the opportunity to register to enable you  to order items from us, and register for email newsletters to update you on new stock. You can subscribe to our newsletter, or unsubscribe, at  any time.

Use of your information
The password you provide if we offer a registration service will be encrypted  to ensure protection against unauthorised access to your personal  information.

We invest in high-quality security and do our utmost to protect user privacy.

We may use your personal information to:

	contact you by mail or  telephone to let you know about any of our products or or  promotions which may be of interest to you, unless you have asked us not to. Where we contact you about these items, which will be by email or  post, we will only do this with your permission
	ensure materials on the  website are presented in the most effective manner for you and your  computer.
	improve the website and  to monitor website usage.

Disclosing your information
Any personal information gathered by or supplied to us via the website  will only be used by the Masthead Art service. We never sell or pass  our customer data outside of Masthead Art and our parent company DealDrivers Ltd.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in good-faith believing such action is necessary to comply with the  law.

How do I change my personal details?
We want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service.  Please therefore always keep us updated of any changes to your personal  information, for example, if your email address changes.
